SOME GUITAR TECHNIQUE
Engineering picking / strumming an electric guitar
For the plucking guitar in general there are 2 categories:
1. acoustic guitar plucking and
2. electric guitar plucking.
On the acoustic guitar strumming with techniques known way apoyando and tirando example. But in this discussion, I am more used to electric guitars.
There are two terms that are often used to describe a guitar strumming techniques here: the picking and strumming. I tend to interpret picking as: strum the strings, and strumming: pluck a guitar string at a time. On most electric guitars guitar players use a pick tool to strum the guitar.
In the context of electric guitar picking technique there is some picking technique that is often discussed, namely: downstroke, upstroke, alternate picking, sweep picking, tremolo picking.
1. downstroke (tablature notation: v): how to pluck from the top to bottom
2. upstroke (tablature notation: ^): how to strum from bottom to top
3. alternate picking: a combination of the downstroke, upstroke or upstroke, downstroke.
4. sweep picking: the movement "sweep" using a pick to sound fast and flowing, from top to bottom or vice versa, is usually used to play arpeggios
5. tremolo picking: one note is played fast and repetitive
Above techniques are often used in electric guitar picking.
Arpeggio techniques
Here's a little explanation about the description arpeggio techniques / sweep on guitar, please try yak, this technique is high technique on the guitar, and is very difficult to learn, because we must often do the exercises.
Are arpeggios?
is a perfect arpeggio of a chord notations that are picked in turn, is actually not a complicated thing, because if you play on an acoustic guitar chord later you play perfect and ato many org always used to call it the word beam chord musical notes ato ato then you strum stringed , then it's the same thing with arpeggios ....
on the electric guitar itself let alone the many neoclassical music arpeggios apply, because they take a lot of notations on the violin, like Yngwie mamlsteen example, jason becker, impelliteri, et al

| 7 (down) -10 (up) ------------ 10 (ride) -7 (down) - |

writing up and down in parentheses are examples of the movement of the pick.
This one example of not e minor arpeggio and apparently not from the same arpeggio E minor with chord E minor, which means getting them done this arpeggio with sweep movement (sweep), except if there are two notes in a chord then pick it fixed by way of alternate ie up and down, in picking arpeggios should be done slowly first, and most important is not to one another to be the same price, do not the other not faster then slower.
Sweeping technique
Sweep picking technique is mostly in maiankan in shape / style / pattern or a guitar chord.

now we look carefully at the Em chord pattern, if at play in the sweep picking technique that is learned how to strum sweep from the bottom to the top (if in play on guitar pick from top to bottom) and left hand finger that holds the strings that form a chord pattern Em , speed or velocity must be equal or proportional to the speed of the right hand fingers are in use for mensweeping / sweep picking strings ...
for more details will be the difference between a picture of my love sweep picking with menggenjreng (gonjreng). basically the same between the menggenjreng sweep picking, just have ... if menggonjreng finger left hand that holds the strings that make up the pattern on the Em chord, finger we just shut up and quietly forming Em chord patterns (try now to play Em chord pattern above and gonjreng twice, once down and once back up), nah finger Your left hand is still silent and forming Em chord pattern right ..?
continues now in play if the sweep picking technique, our left hand fingers that hold the strings that make up the chord pattern of finger Em we are not fixated and silent with the Em chord patterns, so we move finger left hand right hand fingers follow the passage we are forming such sweep (sweep) and remember getting them from top to bottom and back again ketas (like mengginjreng).
